Synopsis: Bone Appetit is about an abused housewife who has a dream of becoming a chef in Paris and has to take control of her life to overcome the odds and break free.
Editor's Note
Editorially, my approach was to establish the main characters and their wants and then gradually heighten the tension using fast-cutting techniques and sound as we build towards the climax. And once we are there, linger on shots just a bit to highlight the cathartic relief. I also think music played an important role in the film in terms of getting us more into the POV of the main character, which was fun to play around with.
